Encouragement For Those Who Are Bound

Greetings sisters in Christ! I pray the Lord give you strength to go through this life and His peace while we do! This has been on my heart for a while and I hope it blesses those of you to whom it applies.  I want to send encouragement to sisters who are bound...in marriage.  Marriage to an unbeliever, a believer or a disobedient 'professed believer', whatever the case may be. Let's read something in 1 Corinthians that sums up a lot of the issues with godly women who are married. There is difference also between a wife and a virgin. Appreciating the Differences Between Men and Women

Greetings sisters! I pray your day is joyous in the Lord:-) Brother Jim and I were talking about some of the differences between men and women and how oftentimes these differences can cause stress and tension in a marriage.  These issues are little things in life and should remain that way if we take a biblical approach to dealing with them. What brought about this discussion was something that happened the other day and I'll call it: *Fluffy Fillers and Caulk Our van can get cold at night because we don't heat it while we sleep so I bought us each a fluffy small blanket that we can lay lengthwise down the edge of the bed to help keep drafts out and it's soft and warm to the touch as opposed to ice cold sheets.  The other day, after using it for a while, brother Jim said to me " Thanks for getting that blanket, I appreciated it last night.  It's like caulk, I can poke it in the holes and it keeps out the cold.
