Encouragement for Christian Sisters

Greetings sisters! I just wanted to share with you, some of God's creation.  The other day, after we were done witnessing out on the streets with our signs, we came back to our night camp spot and saw these seagulls in the parking lot.  I grabbed some tortillas that we'd just picked up from a discount grocery store :-) and thanked God for letting me feed His creation.   I was challenged by the end of the day and this was a peaceful end.  Rather like a gift from God for being faithful :-) And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Good afternoon Sisters! I rejoice every time that I get to send encouragement out on the internet, a light in a dark place, a voice in the wilderness.  I hope to bring smiles, love and encouragement to you :-) This post is simply to glorify God in His creation.  We're thankful every time we get to see His handiwork in the creation of animals, birds, creepy crawlie things, nature etc. While we were at the city park camping (free) we saw this squirrel and tossed him a few pieces of bread.  Brother Jim made a video for the grandchildren. Then as we were in McDonalds, (fishing:-), brother Jim saw this grasshopper and made another video for the grandchildren. (And while we were there a man came in to talk to us because he saw our van in the driveway.  He sat down and had a discussion for quite some time and walked away with truth of God's Word.) Greetings sisters in Christ! The  Lord  bless thee, and keep thee:  The  Lord  make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The  Lord  lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. (Numbers 6:24-26) That verse is awesome isn't it?  It's one of the verses I used to hear all the time in the dead religious Lutheran religion that I grew up in.  It was repeated so many times at the end of the services that as a child it's easy to remember.  I praise God my eyes were blind and ears were deaf to the false teachings of that system and none of it made any sense to me about forgiveness but continual sin.  And since I didn't fall for their lies, I was an open book and hungry for the truth the very second I heard the gospel. Today that passage means a lot to me because it sheds light on that God that I thought was so far from me but now being born again, He is right there.  Amen! I just wanted to...
