The Gas-less Generator
Greetings sisters in Christ! How is your day or evening going? We are doing well! It's been raining most of the day so we decided to just park all afternoon and evening and stick out the rain until tomorrow. With the dampness and chilly temps it makes it pretty cold so we dug out the little heaters, put up the blankets on the door and windows and were all set up for the duration of the evening, working online ministry. It was getting pretty cozy as the heaters tried to outdo the cold air. And then... We heard it. That dreaded sound. I looked up at brother Jim and said ' OH NO!!!!! " The lights flickered. The heaters turned off. And it went dark. The generator ran out of gas :-( So we took down the window coverings and brother Jim started the van. We are now all cozied back up in the van, finishing our ministry work.
