Undivided Heart

Image
Greetings godly sisters ! (The snow was blowing as I was trying to finish writing.) I made an audio today about an Undivided Heart, which I hope edifies you as much as it did for me thinking about it and sharing. (Or you can listen to it ( HERE ) on the sisters audio page.)  (Thank you to my hubby for drawing this:-) And there's a new children's post ( HERE ).  Brother James had a job to do today so I came with. And when we got back I finally was able to catch the cardinal going at himself in the window lol. Then I made a video as I hiked down our VERY STEEP hill (doesn't look like it on the video) and saw some amazing beauty!!!   You can see the video of it ( HERE ) called Hiking the Homestead (Snow and Icicles) .    (It's too big to upload here on the post.) Praises to our heavenly Father for not only creating it but for allowing us to partake of it all and in doing so we give Him glory.  I was so thankful as I was climbing back up the hill that I'm finally over t

Rubbish to Redeemed

Image
Greetings sister saints!!! Glory to God for one more day to serve Him and not the god of this world because we have been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb! I made an audio called Rubbish to Redeemed, you can find that HERE or here: And I share some of God's beauty and amazing  creation that we are blessed to partake of. Creepy looking spider 🕷️ but at least he's outside where he belongs:-) Amazing how they can make webs 🕸️ and brother James says he sees their eyes at night when his flashlight 🔦 shines on them. The turkeys 🦃 make their rounds, coming by once or twice a day to eat the corn 🌽. This cardinal is funny cuz he loves to fight himself if the reflection of our van windshield. I haven't been able to catch him on video yet.  Lol This possum likes to hang around our place at night which is okay as long as it doesn't do anything naughty.    Sing unto the Lord with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp unto our God:   Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who p

Sister Sharing: Organizing, Minimizing and Encouragement

Good evening sister saints! I'm thankful the Lord has given us another day to honor Him and encourage the brethren. Instead of typing here, I made an audio sharing some things going on and some thoughts. You can also find the audio HERE on the sisters page of our main ministry site. Here's a picture of a project we did today. Brother James added a shelf below my red table (I love that old look) to lift up my lil toaster oven and then added a cedar slab shelf above my microwave to maximize space, which is imperative in a tiny house. I love cleaning cedar so I had a nice job of that today before he put it in.   I was rejoicing cuz I got to hang the pictures from my sisters!  I already had the curtains on the left, in fact they came with the trailer when we bought and were in the bedroom. (We still haven't been able to do the bedroom yet but it's getting closer on the to do list:-)  And then I sewed the solid blue curtains by using another curtain lol.  It was a long pan

A Day in the Life (Titus 2 Things, Audio, Videos and just Sharing)

Image
Good evening sister saints! How has your day been?  We were super busy with some travel yesterday... And what a beautiful sunset. And today was another busy day doing all sorts of homestead / Titus 2 things.  I was just sharing with the sisters on how I'm so thankful to be a godly Titus 2 woman, let us praise the Lord for allowing us to serve Him as His daughters!  I made an audio about some things we've been doing and share some verses and thoughts about not growing weary. Or you can listen to it HERE . Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.   Romans 14:19  Every day that I get dressed and put my headcovering on, I'm thankful to be set free from the wicked life I used to be in before Christ.  Let us rejoice in His mighty power to save!!!   That all comes through the GOSPEL , test yourself and let us know how we can help you in the faith. Brother James said he's got some time to do more drawings again

Praising God for another Day

Image
Greetings sister saints who love the Lord and the brethren!   And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.   1 John 4:21  That's a pretty big command and we see many other such verses about the same.  I'm thankful for those sisters who love the Lord and keep His commands and they too love the brethren. Love is action, not just something in your heart.  The world says to follow your heart but the bible says otherwise... The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?   Jeremiah 17:9  And Jesus said this: Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.   Matthew 15:11   And this... A sister showed us sisters this super tiny tomato bush that is producing much fruit.  (I added the scripture and sent it back to her, borrowing it for here too.)  It reminds me of what Jesus said: And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say

Potatoes and Praise

Image
Greetings sister Saints! Once again, let us praise our heavenly Father for another day that we have been set free to serve Him and not the evil one who is roaming the earth looking for those he can devour.   More projects have been complete and maybe tomorrow a tour of the second guest cabin after we're doing painting the old rv that brother James turned into storage.   Lots of clothes washing, food cooking, van organizing and such went on for Titus 2 works today.  I'm thankful to be a godly woman and able to do all that is set before me. I was thinking about what to share today (yes that can be a task in itself :-) when 'potatoes' came to mind.  Ever since I've drastically changed my diet (which has helped me tremendously), I've been eating a lot of potatoes and it makes me think of a family.  They had many children and very little money but were joyous in the Lord, giving Him praise for all things.  One of the best crops that seemed to grow for them, in great

Toilets and Truth

Greetings and a holy hug to my striving sister saints!!! I know you're probably wondering about the title but there's a reason for it and brother James gave me the suggestion.  We were out in a couple towns doing errands and many GOSPEL cards were given out along the way.  As we were coming out of a store we were walking through the parking lot and a woman was trying to load a super big box into the back of her car.  Brother James offered help and she said she can get it but brother James said he's happy to help.  She said 'I never knew toilets could be so heavy!' (That's what was in the box.)  And after she thanked us I gave her a gospel card and she was very thankful. Makes me think about how most people just toss the precious word of God out, just like they flush a toilet, but those who are of God, cherish it and are thankful, keeping it safe. Reminds me of this verse. And Samuel grew, and the Lord was with him, and did let none of his words fall to the gr
