 Good day sister saints! We had some rainy weather to drive through this morning... Praise the Lord, we're thankful for every safe trip, especially when we're on highways that have a lot of accidents (and we see why because of the crazy drivers like I used to be before I was transformed in Christ.) For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. (Titus 3:3) So, while we were at our parking spot last night, brother Jim went for a walk while I freshened up and stopped into a Waffle House restaurant to see what their prices were as he was curious. He brought back a menu and showed it to me.  I said ' Oh I could buy a lot of groceries for that ' and we both agreed.  He then said I should do a post to share how a person can be frugal with their resources and why we rarely eat out unless I have a coupon OR if we are paying rent for parking which we only do occa

 Good afternoon sister saints! I asked brother Jim for a title so I didn't have to use that generic 'day in the life' title lol.   We see in 1 Peter 3 that a wife might be a great influence in the saving of a soul in her disobedient husband if she's obedient to the word. Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives (1 Peter 3:1) (Thank you sister for the scripture picture.) We went through some rainy days... But the storms passed and the clouds broke... We all have storms in our life that we must press through and on the other side the sun seems to shine even brighter which means we are stronger in Him.  Good day to my born again, obedient sister saints  who follow after the Lord in ALL truth! Brother Jim did a post about how satan's ways are opposite of God's ways and then gave many examples. You can read that HERE .  I thought I would add some specifically for women. * You shouldn't have to be barefoot and pregnant.  To the world staying home and raising children is a bad thing and a mockery of what should be.   And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. As a Titus 2 godly woman I often think ( while I'm cooking)  of the manna that the Israelites were given from God.  He gave them the gift of freedom from the Egyptians and provided for them but we see that they soon began being ungrateful and grumbling.   And the mixt multitude that was among them fell a lusting: and the children of Israel also wept again, and said, Who shall give us flesh to eat?  Good day sister saints! Are you being a soldier of the Lord today?!  We woke up and shortly after, it started raining... The hail didn't last long but the rain came and went throughout the day, and is coming down once again.  Brother Jim made a video about some lights we have.... And we made a video on how to make a simple chili .  Brother Jim's going to use it on his van dwelling tips, you can see them HERE . We'll be adding to it as we go, simple, good and pure things to help others that we know who are either in the van life or contemplating it. Praise God for a simple life and the less we have and do in this world, the easier it is to get through.  Most of the women of old didn't have all these modern conveniences we have today and had to do all things the hard way.  How grateful would they be to have running water or lights?  Not to mention all the other things that we have today but are we grateful for all those things?  Sadly I can guarantee that we are not beca
