Encouragement for Christian Sisters

Good afternoon sisters in Christ! I hope your day is going well?  I'm joyous in the Lord and thankful for a beautiful day to be able to encourage you all:-)  I often share with you the frugality of how we travel and 99.9% of the time we are blessed with a free parking spot as well as discounted (or free) foods from my coupon apps etc.  I don't want to come across as being such a penny pincher that we won't share or that we won't invest in something of quality, or we're not paying our way because none are true.  I share with you so that people can understand why and how we are able to do what we do in our traveling evangelist life and that if it's the Lord's will for someone, He can make it happen as long as they are willing to forgo the fleshly things of this life to do it.  We do have bills each month (cell, health share, gas, and a few other minor things) but because we live the way we do, we don't have much for other bills except food and necessities ...

Good evening greetings to our sister saints! How was your day today?  We are thankful that ours was very peaceful (except for a short jaunt down the super busy highway:-)  I've been posting a lot about what's been going on in witnessing on the street so tonight I thought I'd post something peaceful and a story about 'letting it be'. Thank you brother Jim for the title of this post:-)  To be honest with you, I don't have a lot to say today as I haven't had the greatest focus, which sometimes happens when the flesh is physically struggling as I'm sure many of you can totally understand.  I decided to clean out the phone and share some pics, videos and whatever I have and save some of my other topics for a better time.  I guess I'll start out with the new lights brother Jim found for us.   If you look close you can see there is a base and then the round light.  It's all magnetic (the base and the light) so the base is magnetically held to a piece of metal and the ball light easily swivels or you can just pull it off.  They are bright, rechargeable (usb) and only $10 each. Good evening to our scattered sister saints! I made another audio to encourage you, HERE   about pressing on and enduring using the parable of the sower and Philippians 3. If we want more encouragement about enduring read Exodus and how God's people endured through Pharaoh's reign.  How about enduring through the desert for 40 years?  Read Hebrews 10 with all the encouragement to hold fast lest one fall away.  God is so gracious to give us His words to help us press on as our prize awaits those who continue until the end of the race.  I want to be able to say words such as these: I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: [8] Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7-8 One day at a time we press on in the faith, facing the trials ahead of us and overcoming them by t...
