A Precious New Soul is Added to a Godly Family
Greetings Sisters!
What a joyous gift to be alive another day to serve the Lord!
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. (1 Corinthians 15:58)
We are in the midst of coming back from our quick trip to Missouri to drop off some things then heading back to Wisconsin to finish up (Lord willing) within 2 weeks if all goes well.
In the meantime as we are traveling to and fro trying to get things done, we received joyous news!!!
Our Father has blessed a godly family with another precious soul to raise in the admonition of the Lord. A baby girl born just the other day, both mom and baby are doing well, last we heard. This makes their family of 5, now a family of 6.
I wanted to share this because I know you sisters will rejoice, in this dark world, for good news such as that!
Children are such a blessing and it's heartbreaking that most people look at them as a burden; an obstacle in their lives of pursuing the lust of their flesh. Precious young souls being cast aside to be set before the wretched television and babysat by people they don't know...but we cannot despair because our Lord has told us this would be so and we know that His remnant is out there and in the making.
We are only responsible for who the Lord brings into our lives and we do the best we can with those in it. We cannot be consumed with the sadness of all those who are not under the care of godly parents but we can certainly pray and continue to be obedient to the Word in our lives and if the Lord wills, we will be a testimony to others.
Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. Matthew 10:32
Let us sisters who have no children at home to raise, pray for those who do.
We know of a family in another country who is now being tested by laws of the land concerning 'rights of children'. This country, and others, are moving in the direction of taking over children, claiming they are protecting them but yet removing them from good homes and no doubt it will come down to the Christians very soon. Pray for those families who are encountering governmental issues concerning their faith as we know the end times are coming and as much as we want to protect our homes, there will be those who suffer the loss of much.
Remember, our Father is watching and nothing can be done without Him, new birth or tragic death.
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28
For you young mothers, cherish those precious souls and don't grow weary in well doing:
And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Galatians 6:9
Set your mind on things above Colossians 3:2 and let us give our Father praise for His awesome miracle of birth.
I pray you all are well and standing strong against the wiles of satan.
Have a joyous evening!
Love in Christ,
Sister Deb
