He Makes a Way

Greetings sisters!
I pray you all are doing well and trusting in our Father for all things. I might have already titled a post like this but it's still true and He does.  Brother Jim just did a teaching on how our Father doesn't allow us to be temped more than we can bear and He also makes a way of escape.
(1 Corinthians 10:13)

I thought of that verse today and also the passage about our Father parting the Red Sea for the escape of His people from Egypt.

But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.
(Exodus 14:16)

We were traveling from one town in Wyoming to another one about 2 hours away and if you know anything about Wyoming there are a lot of wide open spaces with nothing but land and sky.  No houses, no people, no towns for miles and miles.  So we were driving and the further we went, the blacker the sky looked and when I looked it up the internet said there was a severe storm warning with the possibility of being a super cell having up to 70 mph wind and hail 1 1/2" and potentially tornadoes.

We started out by seeing this on the horizon to the south.

As we drove west we headed straight toward this...

Praise God as we got closer we saw an opening in the storm.

The closer we got, the more it parted open and the storm split around us.

We were thanking our Father as we drove into safety.
I'm not saying He purposely did that but we thank Him either way  because all good things come from Him and any time we can give Him glory, we will.

It really made me remember to trust in Him that He is over all things.  That nothing will happen to us unless it is His will.  That He makes a way for us to endure through all things if we are faithful.

Remember that sisters, it's one of His precious promises.

Amen!

We were rewarded with a beautiful drive after that and I thought I'd share some with you.

The rest of the way we had beautiful, bright skies with awesome clouds and views for miles and miles.

Over the next many years of our travels (Lord willing) we will have more storms to endure through and our Father may make a way out, or a way through but one way or another, He will give us what we need to accomplish His will.

We serve a mighty God!

Have a joyous evening.

Love to you all,
Sister Deb
