Beware of Seducing Spirits
Greetings sisters!
Let us all pray for one another to hold fast....
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints (Ephesians 6:18)
The deception is growing sisters and you need to work at building a fortress of protection around you, from it. We are seeing the falling away tumbling toward us faster than ever. Read this:
The signs and wonders are increasing and deceiving many! We are seeing it all over at an increasing rate, not only in the worldly carnal denominational system that was built for such things, but what's most concerning is it's happening in those who claim to be born again, separated from the world, living for Christ in obedience...and they too are being swept away. God's Word says that we are led away but the lust that's already in our flesh.
But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. (James 1:14)
If someone is getting deceived by signs and wonders; supernatural strange (unbiblical) happenings, then they have that lust of the flesh for such things and satan is only using what's already there, and feeding it.
We know plenty of women claiming Christ, being separated from the world, obedience in many areas and striving for holiness yet 'something' tempts them and away they go, following their flesh chasing after the signs and wonders.
Sisters, we DO NOT hear God's voice today! Read Hebrews 1 If you claim to hear His audible voice and believe it then you need to toss out your bible. It's seducing spirits that you hear and if you believe them over the Word then you are in trouble!
We do not receive special revelation to each one of us individually as God has given us what we need in His Word. We are hearing women say they have gotten supernatural instructions on what to eat, what to wear, words encouraging them that they are His, violent twitching, heat flowing through them, laying on the floor crying for no reason etc. This is not of God, His revelation is contained in the Word. Read John 1 where the Word became flesh and dwelt among us and now we have the entire written word. We need nothing more. In fact, if you are experiencing unbiblical supernatural situations or information, you need to examine yourself 2 Corinthians 13:5.
Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?
Read 2 Timothy 3:6-7 and take that as a rebuke if you need it.
Remember Eve was deceived and we are reminded of that several times throughout scripture.
If you are married you need to submit to your husbands authority and single sisters with no spiritual headship, we are here to encourage you.
We are instructed to not be deceived and if we are it's because we are led away by our own flesh.
You need to protect yourself from any source of false teaching, ideas or occurrences. God has given us a means to do that by commanding we are of a meek and quiet spirit, protecting ourselves in our homes. Not venturing out on the internet or world seeking 'more' information. Not out looking for new teachings. Not seeking fellowship. God's Word is sufficient. What He has given you in your life is sufficient.
Build up that wall of protection and don't allow anyone in that will negatively affect your walk, lest you fall.
One by one they fall.
