The Serpent

Hello Sisters!
I pray your day is filled with peace and joy and may the Lord bless you in your obedience.

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19)

God has given us the choice to follow His word and when we don't, our end is destruction just as we saw in the garden.  Sadly, yesterday we were shown the destruction of a man who turned back to his vomit.  He wasn't willing to give his life entirely to the Lord but kept holding on to his flesh and followed it right back into his sin.

Brother Jim just did a teaching on the truth of God's word being to the hearers salvation or damnation.  We have been pondering that lately as we see the Word go out and continuously be rejected.  We tell ourselves that maybe seeds were planted but then we also remind ourselves that God is glorified even if it's to someone's damnation by rejecting it.  Our Father is righteous and just and what happens to people in the end is righteous and just regardless of the outcome.

And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator. (1 Peter 4:18-19)
Satan is deceiving many by using the lust of their flesh and enticing them to believe lies.  God says we are without excuse, Romans 1.

Let us all put on our armor of God (Ephesians 6).

Love to you in Christ,
Sister Deb
