Peace, Projection and Perfection

Greetings sisters in Christ,
Are you ready for a new change of season?  I was going to ask if you are ready for spring but some of you are in different parts of the world with another season coming upon you :-)

We are thankful to be able to walk in the country around our land, it's peaceful. The gravel roads border almost the entire piece and there is virtually no traffic on them.

(These gravel roads are pretty nice compared to some in the state.  Check out this one here I posted about.)

We are taking one day at a time and not getting anxious about anything.  With the powers in the world, doing what they do, we're going to have to improvise a bit in our travels which is perfect for what brother Jim's already planning for changes on the van.  I've been looking into some apps for trucker parking in case they shut down our normal parking spots.

And we have a new addition to the van.

It's attached to the CB and brother Jim can preach the gospel as we travel through towns. The world is preaching 'Social Distancing' so if we're in our van sharing the gospel, how much more social distancing can you get? :-) No really, it's just an addition to what we already do.

Yep, some people would say that's controversial but I can guarantee if brother Jim was driving praising a football team, jamming out to a worldly song, or telling jokes...the world would love it and it wouldn't be controversial.  It's the Word that people hate not necessarily the method.  I can verify that because we can be out in the streets holding our signs with brother Jim preaching and most of the people are repelled and hate it by mocking, swearing or pushing back, BUT the person who is spiritually driven, is drawn to it.  They are thankful for the delivery because otherwise they would not have heard.  Soon....Lord willing it will be in full use soon, as we travel from town to town.

And now for some of God's perfection.

One of my favorites...Gerbera.  They are strong, sturdy, bold and oh so beautiful!

I could gaze on them all day long :-)

We know of brethren who live in town with a small yard yet they have done big things with it by planting vegetable gardens, flowers and turned it into a beautiful, peaceful place.  A peaceful home is what you make of it even if you can't get away from the town or situation you are in. When you shut the doors of your house, or the gate to the yard, it is yours unto the Lord.   A place of peacefulness and rest, to the best of your ability.  Let us be content therewith what we have been given.

Amen!

Have a peaceful and joyous day.
Blessings to you,
Sister Deb
