They Shall Teach Thee

Good morning sisters in Christ,

We were blessed with a beautiful, sun shining day, yesterday, we're sad to hear other parts of the country had some wicked weather though.

That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
Matthew 5:45

Today I want to share the glory of God's creation.

But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee; and the fowls of the air, and they shall tell thee:
Or speak to the earth, and it shall teach thee: and the fishes of the sea shall declare unto thee.
Who knoweth not in all these that the hand of the Lord hath wrought this?
In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind.
Job 12:7-10

Mankind can learn a lot just by examining the creation. We were blessed to witness the infinite creativity of our Father in the abilities He gave squirrels.  This one has been after the bird feeder for a while and once he figured out how to do it, he kept at it. Brother Jim is going to move it again:-)

He had to take a drink after all that hard work.

(I'm not so good at holding still :-)

The Pileated Woodpecker is an awesome bird.  He flies like a missile, weaving in and out through the branches, making his call as he goes.

The turkeys here in Missouri are nothing like the ones in Wisconsin. These turkeys let you walk right out and gobble at them whereas the ones in Wisconsin spot you a half mile away and go running off.

I never stop marveling at the creation and the various aspects that defy logic of the human mind.  It shows us a minuscule glimpse into the awesomeness of our Father who created all.

And the sunsets....wow.

I hope you have a peace filled day and don't forget to admire the handiwork of our Father.

I leave you with one more...

Peace and blessings,
Sister Deb
