Ye Are My Friend...IF

Greetings sisters in Christ!
I love this verse as it sums up those who are in Christ.  He loves those who are His and we are His friends if we are obedient.

We continuously hear people defending sin.  I recently dealt with a few women on the street defending sin after sin after sin, claiming God is all love and grace.  That's a lie.  He's not ALL (only) love and grace, read psalm 11:5

The Lord trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.

We clearly see He hates the people who are wicked and love violence.  A wicked sister is one who harbors sin, won't repent of it, makes excuses for it.  Just like we see every single day, people harboring their sins, practicing their sin, making excuses for their sin, claiming to be weak and that God still loves them.  No, until you repent and are His, you are wicked...take it for what it's worth.  I share this because we can be the opposite of that by being obedient to our Lord and Savior and be His friend.  Through the blood of Christ we can be washed clean and have a new heart and new mind.  If you know someone who is living in their unrepentant sins year after year, making excuses for them, they do not have the fruit of the Spirit and are a danger to your walk.  Brother Jim did a video about 'one sin matters', you can listen to it HERE.

This life is short and times are getting evil, very evil sisters. You need to, today, get strong, stand on the Word, stop compromising and allowing others in your life to be luke-warm around you.  Be the bold, strong, meek and quiet sister that shines the light of Christ in TRUTH so others know when they fall short and FEAR that they are not a friend of our Savior.

Praise God for His mercies and love, but that's only for those who are His.  Amen!

Here's a cute video of a little boy we saw fishing a while ago. (His grandpa was close by.)  It was so sweet, in this wicked world, to see him trying to fish.  Maybe some day he will be a fisher of men...

Have a joyous day tomorrow sisters, we are heading down the road on a different path than we chose the other day. That's how God works and praise God it always turns out His way.

Peace, love and blessings to you all,
Sister Deb
