Witnessing at Mormon and Presbyterian Churches

Greetings sisters!
Praise God for the truth, amen?  It is what sets us free (John 8) from the bondage of satan and his world. A sister and I were just talking about this and she sent:

20 For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.
21 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.
22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 6:20-22

Speaking of being set free, we recently went out to shine that light of hope to an unbiblical Mormon and unbiblical Presbyterian church that were right next to each other. On the way there I prayed that the Lord protect us and if the police are called, then so be it but I trusted that our Father would make a way...and He did. No police came, how awesome! We are always conscious about following the law when we're out on the streets but brother Jim is very bold on the truth and pretty much every time we go, the police are called.

So we were outside the Mormon church while people were walking inside and then right next to them was a Presbyterian church assembling outside.  You can see the witnessing videos:

One woman who lived across the street came over and confronted brother Jim and after she went back home her husband came out and was blasting the loud leaf blower while brother Jim was preaching.  At one point the man flipped him off (vulgar hand gesture).  We truly see the Ephesians 6 spiritual battle going on when we're out there but God was glorified and we hope someone 'heard' the truth as we do it in love.

Love tells the truth.  Love uses the Word of God in truth and it cuts people open so they can see their sin and repent of it to be in the truth. Love calls people out of their sin and into the truth.  If you don't do that, you don't love.

Remember, God's way is different than man's way.  How many of you recall, in your unregenerate state, your friend asking you about your opinion on something and you answered to make her feel better, rather than than telling her the truth?  In our human flesh we think that's love but in God's realm, the truth is what matters, not feelings and emotions.  If you have a sister in the Lord that is not biblical and is not being obedient, you, in love, must call her out.  If she's of God, she will thank you.  If she's not, she will call you judgmental and all sorts of other names and walk away.

I've had surgeries (I'm sure many of you have also) and you know that you have to go through the pain of being sliced open and then healing before you can possibly be set free from whatever ails you. Many years ago I had some tumors in my face that had to be removed.  The doctor was so concerned about leaving a scar and I said I could care less and to cut it wide and deep to make sure he got it all out.  A few minutes later he found more.  That's what God's word does, cuts us deep and reveals sin we don't know is there. What a loving Father He is.

It seems as if we 'might?' be heading in the direction of the Mormon headquarters later this month, Lord willing, we shall see.  They are all over and great about proselytizing their false teachings better than most other denominations, sadly much better at it than the professed Christians.  Anyway, we will see what tomorrow brings first.

At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes. [26] Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight. [27] All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. [28] Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. [29] Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. [30] For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
Matthew 11

I pray your day goes well, that you are strong in the Lord, standing solid on His word and being a light right where you are.

Let's enjoy some more of God's awesome beauty:-)

Love and blessings to you sisters.
