A Loving Rebuke and Looking After The Saints

 Greetings sisters in Christ,

I pray you all truly are my born again, obedient sisters as we seem to find many who claim to be but yet are living in unrepentant sins. Brother Jim had to lovingly rebuke a woman that overstepped her bounds with a young saint that we look after and he asked me to write this post to remind us all how to be on guard and watch over one another. We look after younger believers in the Lord that may be influenced by these people that carry leaven.  We take our role, in doing that, passionately for God's glory.

Note: We are not doing this out of anger, hatred or malice, we do this in love...

1 Timothy 5:20

Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.

She knows we love her in Christ, she was a very kind woman yet she is not only keeping sins but tried to influence a young believer with her soft stances and defending a worldly, heretical woman's blog.

This woman is much older than I and has claimed the faith for decades.  We've had limited communication with her, trying to keep in the biblical bounds for someone who has a 'claimed' believing husband that lives in disobedience to the Word.  We tried for a good amount of time to help guide her to repent of her sins (that she confessed to us) and with much long suffering and patience we strove to snatch a soul off the road of her theology of 'modern day grace' but it has gone too far and we must now end all communication.  Does Titus 2 say the aged women should be teaching the younger women how to make excuses for sin and compromise?  NO!  Of good things!

Titus 2:3-5

The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;

That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,

To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

Brother Jim has sent her a biblical rebuke and I now am warning you sisters to be careful in your communication with others who claim the name of Christ.

1 Thessalonians 5:21-22

Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.

Abstain from all appearance of evil.

Hold fast to the word Sisters and if a woman comes in, even softly defending sins, subtly trying to influence you away from total obedience by using words like being an 'elitist', 'overly pious', 'fanatically dedicated' and 'religious pride', biblically correct and rebuke her and if she won't repent you must avoid her.

Romans 16:17-18

Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

Those play on words are tactics that satan uses to cast doubt in your mind about being fully biblical and instead of encouraging you on in full truth, they nibble away at you in little bits here and there to bring you down to their level and make their conscience feel better about their sins.  (The fruit of her life, proves this, by her own admission.  We wonder how sh, and many like her, may have negatively influenced her family and marriage over waffling on truth.)

Yes, wolves, even if they don't think they are, can be the nicest women so be on guard.

This part of the post is a direct rebuke to you (you know who you are) in hopes that you will repent because we care about you.  You claim to have been born of the spirit of God yet are living in ongoing sins, admitting them, for years.  You claim to have been deceived through many teachings (that's a sin you know, allowing yourself to be deceived) yet when we encouraged you to strive on in holiness and obedience, you pushed back and make excuses, not knowing what is truth, blaming your past for your present condition. You claim to be wanting the truth but also cling to the fact that there is so much deception, how can one know?  I give you this verse, lest you make our Father out to be a liar.

John 14:26

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

You CAN know ALL THINGS.

James 1:5

If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

But you don't ask with in true faith so you are double minded in your ways...

James 1:6-8

But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.

For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.

A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

...and this next passage correctly describes you.

2 Timothy 3:6-7

For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

And to prove that we love you, brother Jim has taken time to email you corrections over the past several weeks, I have as well and am now on my blog entreating you to repent. I hope this warning and rebuke pricks your heart.

Hebrews 4:12-13

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.

We love you in the Lord and pray you repent before it's too late and you die in your lukewarmness and be spewed out of the Lord Jesus mouth.

Luke 13:24-27

Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.

When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:

Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.

But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.

You may not realize it but you are currently a worker of iniquity.

Repent...

Luke 13:28

There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.

Keep your Ephesians 6 armor on sisters because 1 Peter 5:8, satan is seeking whom he can devour.

In godly love to my true blood bought sister saints who are forsaking all to follow after Christ,
