Police, People and Persistent Demonic Man
Good evening sister saints!
How is your day going, or how did it go? We were busy witnessing at an art fair, you can see the videos if you want HERE.
It was very eventful with many people agreeing with what brother Jim preached, and many people getting angry. Anyway I'll do a fast recap here for those of you who are interested in what goes on and how the Word went out.
* A security man was angry and called the police even though we were on the sidewalk.
* An angry restaurant owner called the police on us.
* We were outside their festival until the policeman said we can't use the amplifier but could go anywhere without it so we went in among them.
* A man was angry about it and got in brother Jim's face over it. The police there took care of him.
* A man told brother Jim that the gospel is Romans 10.
* A young boy (about 12 years?) got mad and was riding his scooter by brother Jim and hitting his sign. He then got in his face.
* Another young boy (the same age) got very upset at the preaching of homosexuality.
* The two boys called the police and a school teacher who saw it all told the police the true story of what they went on.
* An older man agreed about the youth being out of control and needing discipline and his wife rebuked the trouble making youth.
* A music man said he was happy in his flesh and tried mocked.
* A very lascivious young woman was posing herself in front of us every time we came around that area. She mockingly asked if we don't sin and I told her to repent and she got mad then posed in bad positions.
* A half dressed homeless looking man asked for a gospel card.
* A presbyterian man stopped to talk but was trying to distract us.
* A kind man brought us water and said he agrees with what was said about 'churchianity'.
* Two more police tried to get us to stop and when brother Jim went into the details of what is being preached, as soon as he said homosexuality, they both walked off.
* An older woman came up and said that many people are agreeing with what was being preached.
* An LGBT supporting woman asked us about homosexuality and when brother Jim said the bible calls it sin,s he walked off rejoicing that she's in sin, mocking God's Word.
* A four or five year old girl told me 'we don't wanna hear that stuff here'.
* A mocking, demonic hippie looking man followed us around taunting and mocking us.
Some of those you can see on video and it's not all that happened but you can see good and the bad. That demonic man was very persistant and knew enough of God's word, just like satan. It was creepy for a minute when I thought about the possibility of demons being right there talking. At one point in the video you can hear him say that his 'gods' have more power than our one.
Why do I share all this? So you can 'see' that although America calls itself a 'Christian' nation, it mostly hates the word of God. I know most of you know that but some of you are still in denial, wondering why we talk the way we do about the American 'churches' ...this is the product of it. We stand among thousands and thousands of people each year with a great majority of them claiming Christ and yet how many people did you see on the videos stopping to talk about His truth? We are no greater than our Master...
John 15:18-24
If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. [19] If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. [20] Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. [21] But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me. [22] If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin. [23] He that hateth me hateth my Father also. [24] If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.
As we walk among them, I pray that there would be a sheep that might be convicted and come out...we may never see it (each time we go out) but I have that hope. AND I know we are glorifying God by standing out against satans wickedness.
Romans 1:16-17
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. [17] For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
You too sisters, the Lord will have you doing His work in your life, however that is and how often it happens. Rejoice that you can do it now with the freedoms that we still have because it is cracking down fast. Seeing those two young boys defending sexual perversion, lack of respect for elders and the approval of most adults watching was eye opening. That's the next generation coming up and taking over...so we have to stand strong on the truth and continue sharing it as the darker days are coming.
We see pretty much all of Romans 1 right in front of our face in large gatherings like this.
Romans 1:18-32
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; [19] Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. [20] For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: [21] Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. [22] Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, [23] And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. [24] Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: [25] Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. [26] For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: [27] And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. [28] And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; [29] Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, [30] Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, [31] Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: [32] Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

I'm thankful to be done for the night, sitting outside writing to you. As I look up, this is what I see.
A bit hotel complex complete with a very large pond, walkways and nicely done buildings. But then I turn around and see my little van home and would rather be there than what's across the street.
In fact as we were scouting out parking for the political rally tomorrow, brother Jim had me call one of the motels down the street to see what their rates were and see if that would be a 'last resort' option. We were surprised the rates were about the same as a decent KOA campground. I told brother Jim if had my choice and we have to do that, then I'd rather sleep in the van in the parking lot than inside:-) He agreed. Anyway, we shall see.
So that's our day and God was glorified, we'll see what happens tomorrow, if we live to see it.
