Van Parts, Proclaiming and Pineapple (with videos)

 Good evening sister saints!

I pray your day has been joyous and productive?  We had to have some work done on the van and were grateful that we caught the issue before it caused a big problem.

See this...

It's supposed to look like this...

Having bearings inside but ours had nothing but dust.  We had to have our universal joints replaced on the drive shaft and were thankful for a good mechanic.

I thought their office was nicely done:-)

And brother Jim found these as it's farm country.

Then we headed to a parking lot for lunch.  We decided to go into a store and while in there I saw a Mennonite woman and told brother Jim I wanted to witness to her.  She was in the midst of several other shoppers so brother Jim told me to hang around as long as I needed and he'd meet me in the van.  After a while she was open to where I could talk to her of which I did.  I asked if she was from the area and after she said she was I asked if she was in a body of believers.  She told me they were Mennonites and the location etc.  I told her we were not from the area and traveling through and then explained what we do. I shared how we came out of the world, left man made religion and now encourage people to come out and get into the bible which is the only truth.  I told her that the anabaptists have a lot of man made traditions that are sinful and told her about Mark 7.  I encouraged her to give the gospel card to her husband and have him call brother Jim.  It went well and she thanked me.  I was rejoicing to be used of the Father.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. (Romans 1:16)

After we were done there we were going to head down the road when I recalled I left my water jug at the mechanics so we had to go back.

Then we went down the road for the next town where we are now.

We are so thankful that the Father watches over us and gives us what we need to do His work amen sisters?  I'm sure you see that in your life as you grow in Him.

For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;  Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:  Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:  And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.  And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;  And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. Colossians 1:9-20

The Lord allowed us to make it to our destination for the evening and tomorrow it's supposed to storm all day so we'll hang her for another evening then head out.

I was cutting up a pineapple and brother Jim thought it would be interesting to share some of my Titus 2 duties with you so he took this video.

I'd share it with you if I could:-)

When we got here I went in to get some water (a daily Titus 2 chore) and thought I'd take these pictures for those of you looking for some biblical shirts.  Every single Walmart I go to has these denim shirts and at a reasonable price if you can't find anything in thrift stores.

Yes, one of them is a maternity shirt but are we not looking for big and loose clothing?  (I have one and removed the string in the middle:-)  And shirt sleeves can easily be cut and hemmed. What I have found is there are many more plain shirts in the BIG sizes and of course we are to be wearing clothing that is larger and like robes...so win win.  Just trying to help you be without spot and blameless.

Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless. (2 Peter 3:14)

Because we keep running into people who are into Hebrew Roots (which is unbiblical and sinful),  brother Jim has a lot of articles on it HERE.

And this branch made me think of how persistent we should be in our faith and obedience.

The barrier didn't matter, it just pressed through and is flourishing.
Doesn't even nature teach you.....  :-)

As I was cleaning out my phone I found this picture I took while we were at the festival.

So they are concerned about clothing yet there were plenty of wickedly dressed people including one woman who had nothing on her top except '2 stickers' and a tiny slip of cloth on her shoulders.  Her husband was wearing a pair of panties on his face for a mask, and people like that mock us for how we look???? Why did I share this?  Because it's a warning of what's coming and it's coming fast.  We need to be strong in the Lord and our foundation should be rock solid on Christ so when things start tumbling down and our life is uprooted, we are clinging to Christ and not people, not our life, not our homes, not our bank account, not our jobs etc.

But cleave unto the Lord your God, as ye have done unto this day. For the Lord hath driven out from before you great nations and strong: but as for you, no man hath been able to stand before you unto this day. One man of you shall chase a thousand: for the Lord your God, he it is that fighteth for you, as he hath promised you. Take good heed therefore unto yourselves, that ye love the Lord your God. (Joshua 23:8-1)

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.  Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)  (Hebrews 10:22-23)

Hold fast sister saints and I'm here to encourage you on.

Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is.For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit. (Jeremiah 17:7-8)
