Welcome to our Homestead
Greetings to my faithful sisters!
Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.
For the Lord thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills;
A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey;
A land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig brass.
When thou hast eaten and art full, then thou shalt bless the Lord thy God for the good land which he hath given thee.
Beware that thou forget not the Lord thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command thee this day:
Lest when thou hast eaten and art full, and hast built goodly houses, and dwelt therein ;
And when thy herds and thy flocks multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiplied, and all that thou hast is multiplied;
Then thine heart be lifted up, and thou forget the Lord thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage;
Who led thee through that great and terrible wilderness, wherein were fiery serpents, and scorpions, and drought, where there was no water; who brought thee forth water out of the rock of flint;
Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna, which thy fathers knew not, that he might humble thee, and that he might prove thee, to do thee good at thy latter end;
And thou say in thine heart, My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth.
(Deuteronomy 8:6-17)
Brother Jim has been making a lot of videos of our homestead and if you are interested you can see them on 3 different posts from our various videos page on our ministry site. We thought it would be nice, being out on the road living in parking lots, to be able to look at these and be refreshed, and thought you might enjoy them also. God owns it all, we just get to be partakers.

With us saints scattered all over the world, we feel that meeting up here online is the best we can do considering the circumstances, so we open our life to you. I offer you a cyber cup of coffee:-)
Thank you faithful sister for the scripture pictures you take the time to share with me and to be enjoyed by the other sisters.
I'm thankful that the Lord allows us all the opportunity to edify one another around the world. How are you all doing on that....reaching out to those of the body that you know and encouraging them every day?
In fact here, while I was working on this, a sister was messaging me and we were talking Titus 2 and foods we cooked and I mention a chicken leg dinner she made a while ago. She messaged me this: (I thought it would make you all smile)
But better than that even are gifts of love in the Word that we send...
That was some encouragement to me as I dealt with some serious health issues. Who says we can't grow close online?
A new sister shared this...
And I made her this picture.
Brother Jim's having me do a post on that...long distance encouraging. Hopefully get to that soon.
Anyway, this is my love gift to you all for today. Sorry I missed yesterday but I'm sure you forgive me:-).
I'm thankful for each day, are you?
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. (Colossians 3:15)
Love, blessings and peace and the GOSPEL from our home to yours,
Sister Deb
