Planting Seeds

🏵️ Good afternoon sisters! 🏵️

I brought you along last night while we drove 🚐 to our parking spot. Praise the Lord for a place for us all to rest our heads, amen sisters?

We were blessed to have a tree to park by which gives a little sense of security one side of the van as people drive by:-). But that little security is nothing compared to what awaits us in the end if we endure through this life.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,  To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

1 Peter 1:3-5

Probably like you, whenever I see seeds I think of the parable of the seed sower.  Brother Jim and I talk about sewing seeds all the time because it seems we do that a lot.

I thought I would read the parable for you and you can follow along on the video.

Just a quick encouragement to you all that we may not see that fruit of our seed sowing but we must trust in the Lord that His will be done in it all.

I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.  For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.

1 Corinthians 3:6-9

I just shared with the sister that we don't know what is going on with the seeds that we plant in those around us. Let us not grow weary...

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

Galatians 6:9

Here are some more of God's beautiful flowers to make you smile. Let us all give Him the glory.

And I take you along another trip down the road as we traveled to our next destination, working and preaching the GOSPEL along the way.  Ponder the vastness of this Earth that our father created with the Word. Amazing...

Yes I'm sure you have noticed we are driving through a lot of farm country :-).

Brother Jim has been enjoying some corn on the cob :-). He's also been busy making another audio, you can listen to it HERE.

Praise God for this day and I'm thankful to know some of you but I'm praying for all of you!

I took this picture over the back of our van early this evening and sent it to a sister who returned it with the scripture:-) Amen what true words!

May the Lord watch over all you striving sister saints.

Love, peace, blessings and mercy unto you,

Sister Deb
