Another Day to Serve the Lord

 Greetings sister saints:-)

(Thank you sister for the scripture picture.:-)

We were out on the streets again at the Cranfest and were blessed to talk to many people again.  You can check that out HERE if you are interested. A little girl stood before us and as brother Jim was preaching, she was standing there then slowly walked over to get a gospel card from him. She walked away back to her (?gramma?) and read the card all the way down the walkway.  Glory to God, what a precious sight that gave me a few tears of joy for the precious souls that are so open to the truth as opposed to the masses who reject it.

Hear the word of the Lord, ye that tremble at his word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name's sake, said, Let the Lord be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed. Isaiah 66:5

Yesterday, we dealt with a lot of mockers, some of which were driving people to and from their vehicles in golf carts. (There were so many people some had to park outside of town.) Some of the drivers were pretty wicked about the word of God going out, one in particular, but he got a just reward because later in the afternoon he was driving an older woman by us and she was thanking us, reaching her hand out for the gospel card I was holding and she was overly thankful for it.  He had to slow down in order for her to get it...we found that interesting and he was very uncomfortable about the whole situation.

Today there were a few people who 'snuck' a card from me without anyone else seeing them.  Reminded me of Nicodemus in John 3.

One woman who saw us yesterday said 'Oh great they're here again.'  She repeated it twice to her friend in a voice loud enough for me to hear and I wanted to turn around and tell her 'You will be dust and the word of God will still be around' but the setting wasn't right for that. God sees all.

It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?

Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.

What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.

Matthew 10:25-27

We have another event tomorrow, Lord willing, we shall see if He lets us live to do it. Maybe there will be some 🐑🐏 sheep that need to be called out from the 🐐🐐 goats.

Have a joyous evening sister saints.

Love in Christ,

Sister Deb
