Leaving Yesterday Behind

Good evening and love to my sisters in Christ!

Amen, thank you sister for sharing the scripture pictures, Praise God for His precious word and the freedom we can have in Christ Jesus if we repent and are born from above, then live our lives in holiness and obedience until our end.  See the GOSPEL here and test yourself.

We had a busy day on the streets, you can see some videos HERE.   It was extra joyous today because yesterday was such a dark time witnessing and today many people took gospel cards and there seemed to be some sort of reverence for God in those people.  I don't know what they will do with that truth but maybe seeds were planted.  Speaking of yesterday, I made an audio, sharing what was on my mind about leaving yesterday behind, you can can listen to it HERE.

I love that word, overcometh.  Overcome takes on a lot of depth when you think about what you must overcome in this life and just saying that word is encouraging to me:-)  Praise God for His precious promises and the gift that lies before those who overcome and of course it makes me think of one of my favorite verses. I'm sure some of you sisters know where I'm going next:

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Revelation 12:11

We can overcome by the blood of our Savior who shed it for those who would follow after Him.  We also overcome by the word of our testimony which is a transformed life. We can't overcome satan when we are his but when we become a child of God, we can overcome Him with our transformed life through the power of the Holy Spirit because of Christ. Glory to God.

Alleluia!

I heard that word today on the streets from a Spanish woman walking by. She yelled Alleluia as brother Jim was preaching and then took a gospel card from me and said 'Jesus coming back, Jesus coming back.'  Even in broken English she did her best to encourage us.  I said (even if she couldn't understand) "We love you, test yourself to the Word ma'am."  She didn't look like my sister but maybe she's on the path.  One man who was decked out in tatooes and piercings with a woman just the same as him, took a card and said to me 'thank you please pray for me' as he walked by and I nodded and smiled.  Another man walked over, took a card from me, walked back by the two women he was with and was looking at it while one woman was laughing and mocking Him.  He put the card in his pocket:-)  There were many more and it was joyous because it shows this country is not totally dead and maybe there is some life in some or going to be life and we're planting seeds.  Glory to God!

I love that, a white stone with our name on it, one that only we will know...a special name given us by a holy God. I cried the first time I read that, thinking how unworthy I was to even read such a thing not to mention have the hope of some day receiving such a gift!  Let's rejoice with a hearty Alleluia!

Let's share another Alleluia as I know sisters who are either working hard to share this precious life giving gospel to those around them or learning how to get their life in line with God's Word and in training to share it when they are ready.  Glory to God in a dark world I love to see the lights shining.

Go sisters Go!

I'm getting all excited just writing this and can't wait for tomorrow to get on the streets again, Lord willing it all works out.  Praise the Lord for being able to connect via the internet to encourage one another on as I see great growth in the brethren we are in fellowship with and the more encouragement, the more growth.  Glory to God!

I saw this while we were on the streets today:-)

A bit hard to see it's us:-)

And I thought you all might like this...

Lunch on the road...

(Still eating off those 9 bags of nuts I bought in Florida:-)

Okay it's time to leave today behind and let it turn into yesterday so we can focus on what's ahead:-)

Brother Jim's update is HERE.

(I had to come back here and add this picture from a sister who added the scripture to one from my post yesterday:+)

Hold fast sister saints and know that sisters are praying for you as you pray for them.  I'll end this with some awesome scripture below.

Love, blessings and peace,

Sister Deb

Revelation 19:1-16

And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:

For true and righteous are his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand.

And again they said, Alleluia. And her smoke rose up for ever and ever.

And the four and twenty elders and the four beasts fell down and worshipped God that sat on the throne, saying, Amen; Alleluia.

And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great.

And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.

Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written,

KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
