More Encouragement
Greetings sisters!
Praise God again for this day:-) it's all about Him and what He has done, that's why we share the GOSPEL. It's the good news and how one can find eternal life and be born from above.
And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. Mark 1:15
I was thankful to give our some gospel cards today and also get some Titus 2 work done.
We are getting ready to go out witnessing this weekend at a yearly festival they put on. Last year or was cancelled so we think the turnout might be pretty good but we shall see.
We have new gospel cards on order so we're excited to get them on Sunday Lord willing.
(And one for anabaptists)
I know sisters who share gospel cards too!
How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
Romans 10:14-15
We saw our other grandchildren tonight for a bit and the 6 year old got a bit more learning about Jesus. Praise God for planting seeds.
Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:
Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.
Matthew 13:31-32
This is another short post as there's a lot going on lately and I have to remember to take time to get in the scriptures for myself instead of always 'doing'... Remember that sisters. It's good to pour out to others but make sure you fill yourself back up in the Word. I love this, the washing of the Word...
That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
Ephesians 5:26
Thank you sister for the scripture pictures:-)
Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
Salute every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren which are with me greet you. Philippians 4:20-21
