What great scriptures to lift up the Lord and rejoice in Him. He is honour and majesty and very great and how wonderful that we get to be partakers of His Holy Spirit.
Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;
Hebrews 3:1
We see a lot of people spring up, enthusiastic to be seeing truth, wanting to strive in obedience to our Lord until they come up against something their flesh doesn't like and they leave to go back into the darkness.
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
John 3:19-21
I've stood by the bedside and been a helper to those who were dying... it's a sad thing to see someone take their last breath and so it is to see a believer turn back, which we just saw and have seen many throughout the years. Last night I was sharing with sisters how we should strive to be consistent in our walks because others are watching and can draw strength through our example.
And many of the brethren in the Lord, waxing confident by my bonds, are much more bold to speak the word without fear.
Philippians 1:14
There's hope as long as someone is still breathing and I pray for all those we've seen spring up and wither away. Let's press on sisters, leading the way for those who may be behind us.
Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
1 Timothy 4:12
But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
1 Thessalonians 5:4-6
This morning I was blessed to see the morning light (sunrise), how amazing is our Father.
And soon after the day had begun...
Another day to serve Him in the light.
I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.
As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.
John 9:4-5
And soon it was the end of the day...
This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
1 John 1:5-7
Glory to God for His precious truth and I'm so blessed to be able to share that truth on the streets with the GOSPEL, here online around the world and encourage the brethren (sisters) in the truth.
Hold fast my sister saints, the crown of life awaits us if we endure faithfully, following hard after our Savior who shed His blood to cleanse us from all sin.
