Encouragement for Christian Sisters

Greetings sisters in Christ! Let us praise the Lord... 1 Praise ye the  Lord .  Good day sister saints around the world! Love and blessings to you all, even if I never get meet you!  I hope to be a small encouragement to you, brighten you day, share an experience, maybe teach you something you didn't already know, convict you in an area you were unaware of and lift your spirits if you're down. Brother Jim gave me this post idea because of an incident that happened just recently.  We were working online and a man, living in his car behind us, walked over and said he had half of a sandwich left that he couldn't eat and did we want it.  Brother Jim thanked him and said we were very good, thanked him again and offered a gospel card.  He just walked off saying 'no I'm good'. The next morning after he left, brother Jim saw the bag laying the the parking lot next to where his car was so he went over to throw the bag out and found that it had that half of sandwich in it.  The man just wasted it instead of saving it for the next days meal.   The fo

 Good evening to all my striving sister saints! Praise God what an awesome day and we saw another example of God's perfect timing. Just this morning brother Jim was checking out a false Hebrew Roots teacher that he reached out to and exposed (when he wouldn't repent) and not long after that a man walked up to our van window and asked if he could talk to him.  Turns out he just left the Hebrew Roots movement. Perfect timing.  He sat here for a couple hours talking in the drizzling rain, talking about God's word as he's seeking truth.  Glory to God! Before that, I went for a little walk and made you a video. Then before I was finished walking I made another one... And what perfect timing for me to show you that I'm not perfect and have to press on myself, because I was sent an email from a woman who is striving to dress biblical and asked for encouragement and this is part of what I sent her.  Good evening to our obedient sisters who love the Lord! What a gift it is to be able to encourage you here and I appreciate and am thankful for each day I'm able to. What I do is nothing compared to the precious gifts that our Father in heaven, has offered to us.  Praise God, He is a gracious gift giver.  Let's refresh ourselves in the word and see these gifts offered from a loving Father to His obedient children. His Son (John 3:16)  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Repentance (2 Timothy 2:25-26) In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will. Eternal  life (Romans 6:23) For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Holy

 Good evening sister saints who are striving in all truth:-) "Let them laugh"...we heard those words the other day.  We were out witnessing and brother Jim was preaching about the wrath of God and some wiccan looking teens walked by laughing.  An older man and woman walked by and said 'Let them laugh' took a gospel card and thanked us. It made me think about all the ways we saints of God get laughed at.  I'll share some that happened in the last several days and then some that fit us godly women. * Several groups of Anabaptists (Amish and Charity looking) walked by and laughed at the preaching of God's Word. * A man walked by making the hand mocking signal and laughed. * A man yelled out calling himself a moron, laughing about it while the Word was being preached. * A woman sat down behind us while brother Jim as preaching and soon got up, swearing at us and walked off dancing and laughing. * A woman drove by us on the road, giving us a horrified mocking face
