Encouragement for Christian Sisters

Praise the Lord for you Sisters! I hope you are striving on, continuing in the faith, enduring like a good soldier and looking to the Lord in all things.  I just posted an encouragement for struggling sisters HERE , But I've also got a conglomeration of various things to share, just because:-)  We are in the land of Barbecue where there are offerings of it all over.  Although we like it, we don't partake of it because it's not something we choose to spend our money on.  Here's a cute van selling it in a parking lot.  He's got the smoker hooked on the back, pretty simple way to do business. I think it would make a nice camper too:-) As always we're on the look out for water and usually are able to find refill stations. .39 cents per gallon on a refill is better than at least .80 full price.  I know, most people don't think twice about dropping a handful of change on something but that 41 cent savings buys us 2 instead of one.  Water is something that most Ame

Good evening sister saints! Praise God for the body of Christ and I'm so thankful to be able to reach out and send godly love to you all. Tonight I made an audio to encourage sisters who are struggling through tough circumstances, you know who you are. You can listen to it   HERE .  I pray you are strengthened and encouraged and I hoped to lift you up in love.   Brother Jim made an audio that might encourage you also, about being hated.  It's amazing how the Lord works because being hated sounds like something we don't want but when we see the world hating us we can have comfort knowing that our Savior already told us.  You can find that HERE . We traveled through some beautiful Tennessee countryside, I see why people like this area as it's very pretty streams running winding here and there. I tried to get pics of it but they didn't turn out.   Our Father keeps His promises and those who endure will receive the crown of life. Blessed is the man that endureth temptat

I made an audio for you about being set free in Christ, you can listen to it < HERE > If I were to sit and write a list of what I've been set free from (you as well I'm sure) we'd be here until tomorrow and then some.  And of course, we don't want to spend time rehashing the sins we were in lest we give glory to the wicked one of who we were ensnared with at the time. I'm thankful to be of clear mind lately as the Lord has been merciful unto me by reducing some of my other troublesome issues that were very hard to deal with.  I pray it stays this way but if not, I'm joyous anyway! Good evening striving sister saints! I hope you are doing well and staying warm, for those in the cold climates and cool for those who are in the summer months.  Quite interesting to think of the opposite climates from one side of the earth to the other! As we were heading east, the sun was getting ready to set in the west and head around to some of you:-)  It peeked out for a few minutes before it was covered by clouds again. (Somehow during the transfer it made my voice sound like a robot:-) And a new audio < HERE > about following the path of faithful sisters of old and how they can be an encouragement to us.  It always helps to know you are not alone in your trials as we all have to suffer through many of the same and of course there are those we each have that others may not...but there's nothing new under the sun, meaning a saint somewhere has forged their way through and we can as well.  Good evening faithful sister saints! Praises to the King of King and Lord of Lords for all He has done.  Let us rejoice and sing unto the heavens with joy and thanksgiving:-)  Brother Jim and I were traveling today and I made another video for you.  You can see it < HERE >. We saw this sign on the highway... The verse listed on the sign is Matthew 11:28. While that's true, it leads one to think that they need Jesus to make their life better because they are heavy laden.  What people need to know is that they are in sin and in need of a Savior, who has made the way through faith in Him.  Then in repentance they turn from their worldly ways to the ways of God and become a new creation as they are born from above.  Then, it doesn't stop there, it goes on, contrary to evangelical religious teachings....one must walk in holiness and obedience and endure until the end.  Amen sisters?   We've arrived at our destination for the night and maybe another night, we don't kno

 Greetings sisters in Christ! Grace, love, joy and peace to you all who are striving after our Savior!  Brother Jim and I made a quick encouragement video for you while we were traveling today, you can see that < HERE >.  There's also a short video of some of a bayou but the video is pretty blurry, but you can see I tried to show it to you:-) It's funny how things work out.  Brother Jim at one time mentioned driving all along the coast down south of the US and I knew about all the bridges through the bayous down there and it made me really nervous but I told the Lord I would do whatever He wills. Today we drove on a lot of them up north in Arkansas along the route we picked instead. Long ones. That just kept going and going............
