Trust and Promises

Image
Good evening sister saints! How has your day been?  We did some travel again today, heading south and then eastward but before we did, we had to do some pondering and praying as this is a new direction for us.  We are leaving what we know as comfortable (many of the states that we are very familiar with) and heading into states that we've never spent time in, as folowers of Christ, in the van life.  This requires us to kill our flesh and learn to trust in the Lord for our direction and guidance, just as He promises.  We were talking about how this is good for us as it kills flesh and reminds us that He is in charge and we are just here to do our good works unto Him. Trust is something I have grown in over the past many years.  I remember when we first started talking about going on the road, way back before we even did, and I had fear.  Fear of leaving behind the comfort and security of our homestead but I cast that down in shame and asked the Lord to chang...

A Day in the Life (Sept 29, 2021)

Image
Greetings sisters! I just wanted to share a quick post with you. And as the scripture picture from a sister saint says, HOLD FAST!  The profession of our faith  WITHOUT WAVERING. Amen, otherwise we are tossed about and double minded like James 1 says. Before I go I leave you with a couple videos. I took you to a thrift store... ...and along on our travels. Remember to be ready to share the GOSPEL sisters  It's what transformed our life and could for those around us. All because of what Christ has done. 1 Peter 1:2-5  Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied. [3] Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, [4] To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fad...

Another Day

Image
Good day sister saints! (Thank you for your gifts of scripture pictures sister...God's wonderful word and awesome creation.) This is just another post with bits and pieces of this and that, all good and godly to glorify God.  Below you will see a short video of some ex amish that brother Jim witnessed to at a wicked music fest where people claim the name of Christ yet shame His name in their lives.   What a good thing to be confused with John the Baptist.  That'd be like us sisters being confused with Mary, Sarah, Esther, Ruth, Ana or any other godly woman from the bible.  Praise the Lord! For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands:  1 Peter 3:5  I love that phrase 'holy women also who trusted in God'.  That would be us sisters, holy women trusting in God. The inward man which has been transformed by the GOSPEL and is a new creation in Christ...

A Day in the Life (Sept 27, 2021)

Image
Good day sister saints!!!! I thought you might appreciate seeing some of God's creation doing what it's supposed to be doing.  That lil bee looked like he was on his last day he was moving so slow.  It reminds us of our own death and that one day we will stand before the Lord. Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:  (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)  We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.  Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.  For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.  Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.   2 Co...

Another Day Shining a Light into the Darkness

Image
Greetings sisters! Thank you sister for all the wonderful scripture pictures to share here:-) It's been another super busy day here and after we got to our parking spot to get ready to witness at the wicked music event, I did some Titus 2 duties.   And then something happened so I made a video of for you of giving out the GOSPEL . If you are interested, you can see HERE the videos from witnessing today and see up front, wickedness of the 'so called Christians' of today. Glory to God we got an email tonight from a man that took his family to that wicked music fest and saw us there. He remembered the website years ago (somehow found it back then) and as he was in the event he saw through some things and wrote the email as a thank you for exposing false teachers.  We need to stand strong and shine our light consistently because we see there are people who watch and if we waver or are tossed about like waves of the sea, then how can our witness help someone else? I need to g...

Another Day to Serve the Lord

Image
Greetings sister saints:-) (Thank you sister for the scripture picture.:-) We were out on the streets again at the Cranfest and were blessed to talk to many people again.  You can check that out HERE if you are interested. A little girl stood before us and as brother Jim was preaching, she was standing there then slowly walked over to get a gospel card from him. She walked away back to her (?gramma?) and read the card all the way down the walkway.  Glory to God, what a precious sight that gave me a few tears of joy for the precious souls that are so open to the truth as opposed to the masses who reject it. Hear the word of the Lord, ye that tremble at his word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name's sake, said, Let the Lord be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed. Isaiah 66:5  Yesterday, we dealt with a lot of mockers, some of which were driving people to and from their vehicles in golf carts. (There were so m...

Shining Our Lights All Over The World

Image
Good evening sister saints who love the Lord!   I hope your day went well (or is going well) sisters.  We were on the streets for about 6 hours today and not one person admitted they feared God (brother Jim asked the question many times) but MANY people said we should not fear Him.  As I type this post right now,  I'm working in the videos from our day and am on the video about fearing God.  Sad, because everyone will have the wrong fear when He returns or they die outside of Christ.  We shine our lights to glorify God and hope that some come to repentance.  (Thank you sister saint for sharing the pictures of the beautiful flowers the Father has blessed you with on your land and adding His precious word to them.) Just as Jesus did, we sisters are also to be doing the will of the Father. If you are interested you can find the preaching videos from today... HERE .  You will also see some audios at the bottom and I was blessed to witness to sev...

Busy Days Ahead

Image
Good evening sisters!!! Praise God for His mercy on us...   Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world:   But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,  To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.  And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.  Galatians 4:3-6 We will be super busy (Lord willing) the next few days on the streets witnessing so I'm not sure if I'll be posting until early next week, we shall see.  I love you in the Lord just the same though sisters:-) (Thank you faithful sister for the scripture pictures:-) I'll depart for the night by giving God glory for His awesome creation...   To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever. Psalm 30:12 Fervent and unfeig...

A Day in the Life (Sept 22, 2021)

Image
How are you all today?  Brother Jim went into the store tonight to do water duty and while he was in there I mentioned that I would love some pictures if he saw something that would be nice to share with you all.  The Lord has blessed him with a way to find good ideas:-)  He took the picture of the watermelon and said it would be a good greeting.  I'm sure it made you smile as it did me:-)  Let us thank the Lord for all the good foods He allows us to have, being content with whatever that would be. He also sent these flowers:-) There's something simple and comforting about a container of flowers on the counter (or table) and giving someone flowers is heartwarming.  I don't put flowers on my lil table in the van but I get to see the awesome bouquets of flowers in the fields and along the road as we travel. Earlier today he took this picture while we were stopped for a quick break during our travel. I'd rather say think God and thank Him for the flower...
