God's Creation....Cute Li'l Critter

Image
Greetings sisters in Christ, Let us all trust in our heavenly Father that He is always watching over us, in all things! Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.  Psalm 1475 One day not long ago when we were standing out on the streets with our gospel signs with brother Jim preaching, we were blessed with one of God's creation, in the midst of all the worldliness of a busy area. You probably can't see it but right in front of the passenger rear tire there's a cute li'l critter there. Here he is... At first we thought he was a chipmunk but then saw he looks like a prairie dog or something like that.  He scooted around a while then dashed across the street.  I held my breath as he did it because it was busy, but he made it.  He then sat in this hole in the wall for a while, jumped in then back out to sit and watch people walking by. (You can see him in the left corner.) It never fails, every single time we go

Our Roots are to be in Christ

Greetings sisters in Christ! I pray you are all striving in truth, rejecting sin, refusing to go along with satan's ploy to tempt you, shining your light of truth no matter what the circumstances and praising God in all things!!!  A sister just shared this passage, how fitting and what perfect timing:-) 8  Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous: 9  Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing. 10  For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: 11  Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it. 12  For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil. 13  And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers

Greetings sisters in Christ! How are you doing today?  Are you striving in truth, looking to our King who will come to bring us home with Him some day?  We must be patient in that, enduring through this life to gain the next.  Praise God for His mercies and forgiveness for those who repent and follow after Him in obedience. We've had quite the day today so I thought I'd share it with you!  As always, we never make concrete plans in this life, allowing for the Spirit to lead, which is just what happened today.  We had a general area we were planning on heading and brother Jim mentioned we might be going to a place we've never been, at some point this week.  He told me to look into our overnight parking options ahead of time in case that's where we went.  In the meantime we'd been talking about this free city park campspot (we were at a couple years ago on the way through) that's along the way and maybe staying there for a day or two to catch up on some more m

Calm Before the Storm

Image
Greetings to our sisters in Christ! I pray your morning started well and that your day will be joyous.  We are enjoying some calm, peacefulness in our parking spot before we head out into the storm (the world). Here's looking out the door. I was enjoying the little flowers  our Father planted along the woods.  (We saw carpets of flowers in purple, red, pink,  yellow and orange as we went over a pass on the way here.)  And the pretty grasses. Last night we were blessed with these awesome stars.  We are in the middle of a small parking pull off  the edge of a busy highway... Semis, campers, vehicles park in this little area but we still find a way to see through all that to God's creation and the peace He offers us. We all need to know how to do that in our daily lives, in the midst of whatever we are going through.  Learning how to look past or through whatever is before us, keeping our eyes set on what is in the next life, not

A Helpful Tool, God's Perfect Timing and Beautiful Mountains

Greetings in love to our sisters in Christ! Praise God for waking up one more day to serve Him and if we endure we will someday be with Him! Shedding this world and the trials in it but we must endure through it first.  This is our reasonable service, see Romans 12:1-2.  Amen! Endure we shall and I have been through much physical trials but my countenance has been joyful and ready to do the Lords work. He helps us endure '' through " not necessarily " from " trails.  Not long ago I shared about HEAT PADS being a good tool for those of you who would need something like that, today I'm going to share a little tool that helps me in other ways. I've had this little blender for over a year and we've used it off and on for smoothies and blended drinks, but lately I've been needing to make soft foods (and it seems to be helping me).  Praise God for little things like this and yes, you can do this in the van life, off grid.  Our generator

A Beautiful Parking Spot

Image
Good day sisters in Christ, I pray you are all doing well.  Today I just wanted to share you the blessing we had of a beautiful parking spot.   These are all along the perameter of the parking lot and there are islands all around with trees, bushes and flowers... The pictures never capture God's beautiful creation but it gives you an idea.  It was so lovely to pull in and have them all around, making for a peaceful place in the middle of a super busy lot.  We rejoiced because we found a spot along the outside so we could open our doors and have a bit of privacy.  Praise the Lord, let us be THANKFUL in all things, amen?!  And I thought you might enjoy seeing some of God's beautiful mountains in Montana. (We have since left there and are in a different state, heading into yet another one soon.)  I hope your day is victorious in the Lord, stand strong sisters. Love in Christ to all the saints worldwide, Sister Deb The biblical gospel... h

Buckets and Bread

Greetings sisters! We have been traveling a lot lately and still have another leg of our journey to go until we reach another tourist trap / destination.  We have to go through and around some mountains (we don't go over big ones though because we prefer to look up at them rather than down from them) and then we may or may not have reception off and on throughout our time there.  It all depends, we shall see. For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that. James 4:15 Anyway, on the way here we put to good use our new tool. It's a collapsible bucket!  It's great because it fits into a small space until we need it.   On our trip we were looking for water and thankfully we found a place that offers it to travelers, free of charge.  When you're on the road you really get excited when you see one of these things: Water spigots are a joyous sight and our bucket worked out perfectly.   I had just washed clothes the day befor
