Healing a Heavy Heart

Image
Good evening sister saints! I pray you are all pressing on and through this life, enduring and praising the Lord all the while.  Summer is waning for some of you and winter is on the way with a rest from the gardens (maybe) and other duties to tend to. Other sisters are heading toward summer and planning their gardens and crops.  I did like planning out what I would plant for the year and there was a couple years we used lights to try growing seedlings in our little living room but anyway, praises to all you Titus 2 and gardening sisters!  Feel free to share your journeys. This morning something happened that encouraged me to make an audio for you and I hope it lifts you up. You can listen to it HERE . I'll confess that I have to battle this here and there when my focus is not exactly where it should be (especially out here doing what we do, seeing the destruction of satan all over) and with the disunity of those who agree on much doctrine but there's separation.... but over t

They May Teach the Younger Women to be....Good

Praise the Lord, good day to my fellow sister soldiers! It's a beautiful day here (in the 60's) with sunshine and a breeze, we're thankful as we know there are those who are just coming out from the other side of that great storm that went through the midwest and many people suffered. I pray that the lost hearts are seeing that they are but mortal beings and seek the Lord and His truth. God is good and all about Him is righteous and just, His will be done in all this. Today I want to look at Titus 2 and the word ' good '.  I've done various posts on the characteristics of godly women but not such a one as ' good '.  What a perfect word as it describes our heavenly Father, the Creator of all things.. Psalm 100:5  For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations. He declares His creation is good.  Genesis 1:4  And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. We see the depth of

A Day in the Life (Feb 22, 2021)

Good evening to my sisters in Christ who are obediently striving on!!! Grace and peace to you all and I hope your day is going well.  We have moved on from our previous city and are back in one we were before, with no travel planned for tomorrow.  It's nice to have days off from travel and to be able to catch up on projects, organizing and working online ministry as there's a huge list we want to write on but we can only do one day at a time, amen sisters!  I know you all know what I'm talking about.  One thing I've learned over the years is to let go of my expectations on what I want to do and be joyous on what I can do. One night about a week ago, in this same spot, it was late 1:30 am and we were just settling in for the night when we heard a vehicle chugging by our van.... He drove around the parking lot for a while before he got the spot that worked for him.  It looks like a camo bread truck:-)  We see a lot of unique campers out here and brother Jim gets to witne

Glory to God for my Sisters in Christ!

I thank the Lord for all of you!!! It's been a busy and very eventful day, you can see some of it HERE  in our witnessing videos of day 2 at a festival  and then I made a video for you:-) (If for some reason it doesn't work, you can see it HERE on our website.) I hope you are lifted up by my joy sisters as  I'm encouraged by you all even if I can't see you! Praise God for obedient sister saints:-) After being out on the streets we like to soak our feet with some  epsom salts and essential oils.  I want to be known for good works as  that is glorifying to my Father and... 1 Timothy 5:10  Well reported of for good works; if she have brought up children, if she have lodged strangers, if she have washed the saints' feet, if she have relieved the afflicted, if she have diligently followed every good work. I'd gladly wash your feet... Philippians 2:1-8 If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bow

Good evening to my obedient sisters in the Lord! How was (or is) your day?  I made a video for you before we headed out to go do some witnessing at an event. It turned out to be an awesome place for preaching as the people were lined up waiting to get into the festival, so we walked along them until we got to the entrance then stood there throughout the rest of the day. You can see the videos HERE if you are interested.  It was a very full day of sharing the truth of God's Word and we were joyous that many gospel cards were taken.  We don't massively hand them out but instead we stand off to the side and hold them out, letting people make the effort to reach or walk over to get one.  Praise God for the truth to go out and we pray there was a sheep among them.  Well, there was this woman who took a card, made a cross sign, smiled and walked off before I could say anything.  She came back later and thanked us for the card and talked for a bit of which we gave her much truth to

You Look Depressing

Image
Good evening greetings to my striving sister saints who are not afraid of man nor what he may think! Feel free to read the screen capture below from a pastors wife and let's dissect it biblically. This was forwarded to me from a sister in Christ and I thought it would be a good teaching lesson for us all.  This isn't the first time we've heard references to looking depressing, oppressed or the like and if you are well grounded in the word you will know that we are to adorn ourselves from the inside, not the outside, contrary to what the false teaching women (like the one above) will tell you. Moving on...let's examine what God's word says in light of all this. Our heavenly Father knows what's best in the way we cover our temple of the Holy Spirit as He owns us and we were bought with a price, the blood of Christ. (Clothing is a sin covering, read about that HERE , not something we should use to adorn ourselves.)  1 Timothy 2 is perfectly clear on all that. 1 Tim
